I contacted Rachel a few years ago because I wanted to brush up on my nail extensions as felt wasn’t feeling confident in my ability as a nail technician. So I completed a couple of her training programs such as the E File training and the refresher acrylic application training course. It’s honestly the best decision I’ve made. Rachel is so friendly she has such bubbly personality, which puts you at ease from the moment you walk through the door.

I love her training style as she is so patient and explains everything so clearly so you leave the course feeling confident and excited to put your new skills to the test in your own salon. I can’t thank her enough for her constant support. She’s always just a message away if I need any advice. I’ve since gained a lot of new clients in my salon and my nail treatments are flying out!
